PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
HiClean FC9010 is blended with various surfactants, dispersants, sequestrants, and solvents to
reduce the accumulation of organic and inorganic deposits in wet felts. Product application guidelines are based on a number of chemical and operating parameters defined for each system by us.
HiClean FC9010 is intended for industrial pulp, paper and paperboard use.

GUIDELINES FOR APPLICATION
HiClean FC9010 is application specifics and proper treatment levels depends on many factors such
as paper and paperboard grade, wet end chemistry and additives, felt materials, felt contaminants, shower water chemistry, etc.
A batch washing solution can be prepared by diluting with water to form a 8 to 20% solution. A volume of 1-4 litre per kg. of felt is recommended. For maximum results, the solution should be heated to 50°C and applied evenly to the felt for a period of 15-30 minutes with the vacuum off.
After application of the cleaning solution, the felt should be rinsed thoroughly with water with the vacuum on. For greater effectiveness, the rinse solution should be approximately the same temperature as the cleaning solution. Our field representative will recommend optimum dosage for your application.
HANDLING AND SAFETY
HiClean FC9010 is formulated so that all ingredients which may become indirect food additives in the final paper or paperboard are approved for use by FDA under 21 CFR 176.
