Foaming Agent
After a long time researching and developing, DaiViet JSC has launched DV-Green foaming agent to the market.
Application: for production lightweight foam concrete in huge range of dry densities and strengths (400-1600 kg/m3 density, with a strength of about 10-150 kg/cm2). This agent is used spectifically for lightweight concrete & block, including foundations, heat isulating floors and building blocks. This feature offers significant advantages in terms of time, transport, energy saving and final cost.
* ADVANTAGES:
- Foam which made from DV-Green foaming agent is uniform, stable and white with foam volume increased from 20 to 25 times, does not break and can be mixed easily with concrete grout (cement common + sand) for producing light concrete in suitable mixer barrel.
- Foam concrete can be poured or pumped into the mold easily, without vibrator to compact or flattened surface equipment High sound and thermal insulation. Low water absorption over time .
Lightweight concrete manufactured with foaming has thermal conductivity coefficient by 5-20% normal concrete.
